Staff at Illinois State University may require access to specific information within the Campus Solutions application in order to perform the duties of their job.

Requesting Access to Campus Solutions Resources

University staff may request specific access within Campus Solutions by contacting the Technology Support Center (see How to Get Help below for contact information) and providing the following information:

• Name and ULID of the staff member requiring access
• The specific Campus Solutions page or resource needed
• The business case for access (how will the access be used?)
• The name/ULID of a co-worker who currently has access, off of whom the access might be modeled (if applicable)
