Faculty at ISU may wish to use their Canvas course only to enter grades for the course. In Reggienet, instructors were able to simply create entries directly in the Gradebook, and then enter grades for their students.

In Canvas, instructors will first need to create Assignments as placeholders in the Canvas course in order for the items to appear in the Canvas Gradebook. Once the assignments have been created, the instructor will be able to manually enter grades for each Assignment for each student.
