Install Adobe Creative Cloud Connector for Microsoft Teams

Use the steps below to Install Adobe Creative Cloud Connector for Microsoft Teams.
- Click Apps, which is located in lower left-hand tool bar of your Teams application (Figure 1).
Figure 1: - Search 'Adobe Creative Cloud' in the Search Bar and then Select it.
2a. Make sure you use the Search Field under Apps, as opposed to the main search field at the top of your Teams app (Figure 2).
Figure 2: - Click on the Adobe Creative Cloud App Icon/description and then click Add.
3a. You will then be directed into a chat session with the Adobe Creative Cloud ChatBot. - Type 'Sign in' into the Chat Box.
- Click Sign in on the message from Adobe (Figure 3).
Figure 3: - Log in using your ILSTU email (Figure 4) and select an Account type. Use Company or School Account for your organizational Adobe Account.

- After signing into Adobe, you may then be asked to sign in using CentralLogin. If so, sign in using your ULID and Password.
- Click Allow Access in the notice from Adobe about Allowing the Application.
- Type in 'Notifications On' to receive notifications on your Adobe Documents (Figure 5).
Figure 5: - You can now Add a Folder or Library to a Team by clicking the + Button located on the top toolbar.
- Select Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Click Continue and then Accept the Permissions Request.
- Select desired file.
- Click Save. The folder/file selected will now be located at the top of your Teams channel.
To Add Connector
- Start by clicking the Ellipsis (…) on the upper right-hand side near your profile icon.
- Select Connectors (Figure 6).
Figure 6: - Locate Adobe Creative Cloud and click Configure.
Click Save.
Note:
You will need to provide the shared link for the file you would like tracked in the Link Textbox in order to save.
To use Creative Cloud Within a Private Chat
- Select the Adobe Creative Cloud logo located below the chat text box (Figure 7).

- Once selected, the file will be loaded into the chat field (Figure 9).
