Known Error: ScreenConnect on Mac OSx Sonoma

ScreenConnect currently has an ongoing issue causing the Screenconnect Icon to display even when a session is not currently engaged. This issue is intermittent and does not mean your screen is being viewed. The cause is currently unknown, and does not occur on all machines with OSx Sonoma is installed.
