The Finances tab in the My.IllinoisState.edu web portal contains links to resources for students at Illinois State University. This tab will only be visible to current students.

There will be four quick links/buttons available to you right when you click the Finances tab within My.IllinoisState. These are some of the most popular features that students and staff may use. Read about them in this section below:

Redbird Card

Click this button to add funds to your Redbird Card, view plan balances, and recent history. Having funds on your Redbird Card allows you to make purchases at these locations.

Pay/Review My Account

Click this button to be navigated to your student account. This portal allows you to access the overall balance of your tuition costs, repayment plans, and your FAFSA refund, if applicable. For more information regarding the Student Accounts portal, see Student Accounts.

ePayments

Click this button to be brought to your student account. This option allows you to set up electronic payments for any payments that you may owe the university.

Find Campus Jobs

Click this button to be navigated to Illinois State University’s jobs portal. Here, you can apply to one of many of the student positions that are currently offered by the university.

Finances Subheadings

My Finances will feature links to add money to your redbird card. You may also visit the website for ISU Credit Union and the Campus Job Finder from this section.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid will feature links to view your financial aid counselor, find scholarships, and view financial aid awards. Please read the following articles for more information on the features offered:

My Finances

This subheading will have links to important financial services such as the ISU Credit Union, your Redbird Card portal, and the ISU Jobs portal.

Student Accounts

Student Accounts will feature links to pay/review your student account, add or remove authorized users to the Student Accounts Portal. You may also view your 1098-T Tax Form from this section. You can also set up an Authorized User so that a parent can access the accounts at anytime.

Parking

Parking will feature links to purchase a parking permit or pay parking citations.
