Your financial aid counselor can help you with questions and problems related to financial aid. This article describes how to find information about financial aid counselors at Illinois State University.  The My.IllinoisState web portal displays the name and contact information for your financial aid counselor.

Financial Aid Counselor

To find your financial aid counselor in My Illinois State, do the following:

1. Log in to My.IllinoisState.edu.
2. Click the Finances tab.
3. Click the My Financial Aid Counselor link under the Financial Aid section (Figure 1).

4. You will be redirected to the Illinois State University Financial Aid Office website, which will display contact information for the Financial Aid office, as well as Financial Aid counselor information.

Use this web page to find your financial aid counselor. You can click on the name of your financial aid counselor to send that person an email. This web page also includes the office location, hours of operation, and phone number for the Financial Aid Office.
