Former Student Access to 1098-T

Students who have been put into a former student status will be unable to access their 1098-T's via the method described in Accessing and Reading your 1098-T Form | Help - Illinois State.
In order to retrieve their 1098-T, the former student can contact the Student Accounts office at (309) 438-5643 and request them to be emailed.
The Student Accounts office will then verify information with the former student and fill out a form that requires management approval. After being approved, the 1098T's will be sent to the former student via email.
Caution
After 365 days of leaving Illinois State University your access to most Illinois State University applications will be revoked.
