Applicants to Illinois State University must submit a $50 non-refundable Application Fee along with their application in order to be considered for admission to the University. The Application Fee may be paid online during the application process, or after submission either by check or money order, or by credit card over the phone.

Submit Your Application Fee Online

You may submit your Application Fee online during the online application process. Prior to submitting your application, you have have the opportunity to pay your Application Fee (Figure 1):

By selecting I will pay now by Credit Card and clicking Make a Payment, you may pay the fee prior to submitting your application. You may also select I will submit documentation for an economic hardship application fee waiver or I will pay later via check, money order, or wire transfer in order to proceed with submitting your application with the intention of paying the Application Fee afterward.

Submit Your Application Fee Via Check or Money Order

You may submit your Application Fee via check or money order after submitting your application. Please include the student’s 9-digit University ID (UID) number and indicate Application Fee with the payment.

• If you do not know your UID number, you may log into Account.IllinoisState.edu with your University Login ID (ULID) and password, and you will find your 9-digit UID number displayed underneath the Your Information box on the right.
