Downloading and Configuring the Outlook App for Mobile Devices

The Outlook app allows for your email, calendar, contacts, and files to be accessed in one location. The Outlook app is available for iOS and Android phones.

To install the Outlook app on iOS and Android devices, open the app store and search for Outlook App.

iOS or Android device

If you use an iOS or Android device, perform the following steps:

Authenticator Application

If you have the Microsoft Authenticator application installed on your phone, once you have typed in your ISU email and password, you will be prompted to open the Authenticator application to start the authentication process. For more information on Microsoft's Multi-Factor Authenticator, click here.

Open the Outlook App.
Enter your ISU email address in the Email Address field.
Tap Add Account.
After adding your account, enter your password and tap Sign In.
Your account should now be set up.

You have successfully configured your ISU email account to the Outlook App.
